Principle of making tube ice:

1. Tube ice forms inside the shell and tube evaporator. Water flows along the inner wall of the evaporator and undergoes heat exchange with the refrigerant, cooling down and forming ice;

2. When the pipe ice falls, the ice cutting mechanism operates to cut the pipe ice into the set size. The length of the ice tube can reach 50mm, and the outer diameter can be divided into four specifications: 22, 29, 32, and 35mm. The inner hole diameter can be adjusted according to the ice making time, generally between 5-10mm;

3.When the thickness of the pipe ice reaches the expected value, water automatically stops flowing. The refrigerant hot gas will flow into the evaporator and circulate around the pipe ice, causing the pipe ice to melt and fall off.
